As a natural treatment option, regenerative therapy involves injecting the body with natural substances to provide structural support and cushioning to your joints which may help to significantly reduce your pain and loss of movement associated with arthritic and joint degeneration conditions. The most common source of this natural substance is from umbilical cord tissue derived from live healthy human C-section births. The tissue from the umbilical cord contain many growth factors and stem cells. The procedures are performed by our medically trained healthcare provider, such as Dr. Petrie.

PEMF Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy

PEMF Therapy is a way to recharge every cell in your body so your cells are better able to uptake nutrients, excrete waste, and function optimally. The number one sign that your cells need energy support is pain. Pain and fatigue are your body’s cry for help — it’s how your body gets your attention. Other signs include dis-ease, weakness, reduced function of any body part, and emotional imbalances.

LiveO2 Oxygen Therapy

LiveO2 Oxygen Therapy is an effective, non-invasive, and low risk way of delivering oxygen deep into your tissue. One of the biggest causes of chronic health problems is decreased oxygen delivery to our cells. Oxygen can also act as an anti-infective therapeutic for chronic infections such as Lyme disease.

BEMER (Bio-Electro-Magnetic-Energy-Regulation)
With the use of BEMER technology, we are able to improve blood flow and circulation even in the smallest blood vessels and capillaries in the blood. Our blood carries all the nutrients, oxygen, immune cells, glucose and hormones that you need to function normally and to be healthy. It is when this system becomes injured or damages that disease and degeneration can take place. With the use of the BEMER, we can optimize blood flow to your tissues and cells giving them what they need to heal. This short video shows the BEMER in action.

WE SPECIALIZE IN THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF SPINE LIGAMENT INJURIES

We specialize in the locating and treating spinal ligament injuries, which are the number one cause of pain and disability world-wide. Many doctors fail to diagnosis these serious spinal injuries causing you pain and/long term disability. We perform very specific x-rays which are then sent to board certified medical radiologists for a separate and distinct procedure known as a CRMA. This allows us to locate, objectively measure and document these spinal injuries. Our treatment is better directed when we have a more accurate diagnosis.

HANDS ON SPINAL ADJUSTING

Hands on spinal and extremity adjusting is our main treatment procedure, however, due to patient preference or specific conditions, hand held adjusting devices may be used.

Although there are many ways to adjust the spine, each treatment is tailored to the patient's age, size and unique problem.

Our patients are evaluated prior to treatment to determine if chiropractic is right for them, that they will benefit from our care and are aware of other available treatment options.

While research has shown chiropractic care to be very safe and effective, we often use additional therapies to accelerate the healing process.

Graston Technique

This unique treatment technique is used to assist patients suffering with pain, restricted range of motion, tendonitis, sprain/strain injuries and other acute and chronic symptoms due to soft tissue adhesions and scar tissue.

The technique utilizes six unique and highly specialized hand-held stainless steel tools which conform to the various parts of the body. These tools are used to detect and treat areas of muscle and fascial adhesions, as well as scar tissue that may be missed or unable to be treated by the human hand. This treatment is believed to help break down and release scar tissue and adhesions which in turn reduces pain and restriction and improves mobility and function.

Sports related injuries are an area where this technique is especially beneficial. Many of these injuries such as tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, Achilles tendonitis, turf toe and pulled hamstrings muscles are often accompanying complications such as adhesions, tight muscles and soft tissue restrictions. This can occur even after the injury has healed.

The treatment may also increase athletic performance. By releasing soft tissue restriction, an athlete may notice improved functional range of motion, increased flexibility and improved stride length while running. This would explain why the Graston Technique is used in more than 125 professional and amateur sports organizations.

Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)

LLLT improves tissue repair, reduces pain and inflammation wherever the beam is applied. Usually applied by a doctor, therapist or technician, treatments take about 10 minutes and should be applied two or more times a week.

LLLT has been used for many years on sports injuries, arthritic joints, neuropathic pain syndromes, back and neck pain. Over 200 randomised clinical trials have been published on LLLT, half of which are on pain.

Customers include British and US military, Premier Division soccer teams, Olympic teams, Formula 1, rugby and cricket team therapists as well as specialist pain clinics in the UK and USA.

Corrective Exercise

We teach our patients special "blueprint" exercises to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health.

Active Lifestyle

We often find it helpful to "coach" our patients on certain activities they should avoid or do differently to avoid aggravating their particular health challenge. Our goal is to help every patient achieve a fulfilling and happy lifestyle full of the activities they enjoy most. We recognize that each patient is a whole person, and that helping them reach true health and wellness is a collaborative effort between us as professionals and our patients.
